The 2nd transnational meeting of the project took place on May 14th of June 2021. Since the COVID19 measures regarding travelling are still in force in almost all participant countries, the meeting was held online.
The project is running smoothly so partners decide to concentrate all discussions in one day and plan a second meeting in few months, if needed.

State of the activities
Partners have collected 42 best practices in gamification strategies for Intellectual Output 1. Needs analysis on gamification strategies for upgrading employment skills of adult learners. The best practices have been merged in one document, that is pending to be finalized. Partners think that the topics of some practices are too similar and this may discourage readers to read the whole document. There is an agreement to reduce the length of some texts and group the practices by theme to help readers to find practices that are of their interest. The document is to be finalized during summer and be released in September.
Partners are starting the development of the main project result of this project, the Intellectual Output 2: 6 serious games for raising employment skills. p-consulting as lead partner of this Intellectual Output is developing a template for all partners to write the script of the game and the digital interactive items of the game.
Project is running smoothly and partners are willing to test the games with adult learners!
