{"id":1295,"date":"2020-12-14T12:34:59","date_gmt":"2020-12-14T12:34:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/s4eg.eu\/skills-for-employment\/"},"modified":"2021-07-15T07:25:18","modified_gmt":"2021-07-15T07:25:18","slug":"skills-for-employment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/s4eg.eu\/fr\/skills-for-employment\/","title":{"rendered":"Skills For Employment"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Skills For Employment: Acquiring employment skills in adult education through Gamification<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>S4EGaming<\/strong> project started its activities on November 2020!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What will be produced?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Needs analysis on gamification strategies for upgrading employment skills of adult learners.<\/strong> A digital material will contain articles, publications, studies and practical applications for the use of games in adult education.<\/li>\n<li><strong>6 serious games for raising employment skills. <\/strong>The creation of 6 serious games in physical and digital form for adult education purposes, using 6 key competences or soft skills.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Educational program for the acquisition of employment skills through educational games for adult trainers. <\/strong>This program equip the educators with gamifications skills needed to assess and implement serious games as part of adult education process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collection of Case Studies, <\/strong>namely good practice examples on implementation of gamification in education organizations at different levels with specific aim at adult education cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Target Audiences<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Direct <\/strong>target groups<\/h4>\n<p>of the project are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>adult educators and associations of adult education organizations;<\/li>\n<li>participants in lifelong learning;<\/li>\n<li>professionals in adult education;<\/li>\n<li>adult learners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Indirect <\/strong>target groups<\/h4>\n<p>of the project are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>educational institutions,<\/li>\n<li>social care and employment services,<\/li>\n<li>youth organisations,<\/li>\n<li>policy makers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><em>S4EGaming will be implemented by six partners from Slovenia, Greece, France, Cyprus, Germany and Spain.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Stay with us for more news about our project!<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Skills For Employment: Acquiring employment skills in adult education through Gamification S4EGaming project started its activities on November 2020!
